Eselle Najima is a girl who lives with her family near Canluum. Her parents are Josef and [Jurine Najima], two of her siblings Colar and Jerid. She is perhaps thirteen or fourteen, as tall as a grown Cairhienin woman, with long black hair and large blue eyes.
She lost her father and three brothers in a fire.
When Moiraine visits the family to get to know more about Eselle's baby brother Jerid, she does not leave her mother's side during the whole conversation.
