Huan was Siuan Sanche's uncle. He was a gambler (TDR, Ch. 20).
He was a scapegrace most of the time, but he rescued children out of a burning house and would not stop as long as one was still inside. Mat reminds Siuan of Huan (TDR, Ch. 20).
