Jaim Thane is a boy from the Two Rivers in Andor.
When Perrin returns from hunting Trollocs and asks after Loial, Dav Ayellin replies that Loial is with the men who are cutting wood, and that if Perrin wishes to speak to the Ogier, he saw Jaim Thane running down to let the woodcutters know that Perrin has returned.
