General

Karind Anshar is the High Seat of one of the nineteen houses powerful enough that they have a say in any Succession. She has a flat eyed stare (TFoH, Ch. 19) and is blocky (LoC, Ch. 1) and square faced. She is tough, but not intelligent (LoC, Ch. 1).


Timeline

  • After Gaebril is deposed, she becomes one of Rand's sycophants (LoC, Ch. 1).
  • She considers both Sarand and Arawn when they declare for the Lion Throne and are arrested by Dyelin (WH, Prologue).
  • She pledges support to Trakand after Arymilla is captured (KoD, Ch. 33).
