When were you raised to Gaidin of the Mahdi'in d'ma Dieb?

Cripes...I'm supposed to remember junk like that?

Why did you choose Mahdi'in d'ma Dieb?

Most of the guys I enjoyed interacting with in #wheel were MDD - Bale, Sunri, and Jahem. I enjoyed their witty reparte and found them to have no fear of political correctness. They made me chuckle.

How was your time as Citizen/Recruit/Soldier?

I spent almost two years as a Citizen. By that time alot of the SMs kept saying things like "What? I thought you'd already joined the Tower?" So eventually I did. Recruit and Soldier were good times too.

How long have you been a member of TV.net?

It'll be four years come this November.

What things do you do for TV.net?

I serve on the Warder Council to Hall. I've also been a luggage mule at two different Anni parites.

How did you get to read the Series?

I started reading the series in 1994 when I was a junior in High School. I worked as a library aide and got first dibs to read all the new books coming in. The Eye of the World was recommended to me by the Head Librarian.

To whom are you bonded, if you're bonded?

I am bonded to the wonderful and most lovely Adina Sedai.

Who is your mentee, if you have one?

At the moment, it's Aleksander.

Who is your favorite character of the Series? Favorite Nation?

Even though he's a touch of drama queen, I think I relate quite a bit to Perrin. As far as nations go, I find Seanchan fascinating.

Have you ever attended any Real Life Functions? Did you like them if you did, and why? (Why do you think people should come to any future functions?)

I sure have. I had a ton of fun. It's pretty cool to see the people behind the avatars. Going to the RL functions really seem to cement the friendships that we forge in our online community.

What kind of music do you like?

I have pretty eclectic tastes. I grew up on Country - George Strait, Chris Ledoux, Alan Jackson. But I love Metal and Industrial type stuff - Rob Zombie, Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Type O Negative. My favorite singer would be Bjork. I've got just about all of her albums.

What are your favorite movies?

Spaceballs, Mirrormask, The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, The Lord of the Rings Movies, Bruce Campbell vs Army of Darkness, and Cannibal the Musical.

What is the craziest/stupidest thing you've ever done?

The craziest - marrying my wife. The stupidest - there are several things during my college partying days that could qualify.

What job do you have?

I am a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine - acupuncture and chinese herbal medicine. I'm also a Massage Therapist.

Do you have a pet?

Yes. A pug named Xiao Long (it means "litte dragon" in Mandarin Chinese).

What languages do you speak?

English. And just enough Spanish to get me stabbed.

What profession did you want to have when you were a kid?

I wanted to be a pilot like my uncle Rusty.

Lounging for me. I've long since gotten out of partying.

Tea or coffee?

Tea - 1 cup in the morning. I kicked my coffee addiction (8-9 cups daily) after I went through massage therapy school.

A short bio about yourself.

I grew up in true cowboy culture on a cattle ranch in rural Wyoming. I'm 30. I have a very interesting career. I'm married to a beautiful and fiery redhead. I love the outdoors and I enjoy fishing and hunting big game. Also I am very much a sci-fi/fantasy geek. I have several books, video games and tabletop war games (Warhammer Fantasy Battles) dedicated to the genre.
