Mora is a Wise One of the Goshien Aiel and one of the last survivors of the Council of Twenty Two in the future twenty years after the Seanchan gain the Andoran war machines. She suggests retreat into the Waste to seek penance for their sins in not keeping the peace the Dragon wanted.
