Mother Grubb is an herbalist and midwife in Caemlyn, two streets away from The Queen's Blessing inn (TEotW, Ch. 39).
Basel Gill mentions her to Rand, although he knows it would spark the wrong kind of attention bringing her to Mat (TEotW, Ch. 39).
When Rand finally decides that Mat should see her, he tells Master Gill he should send for her in case he can't get Mat out of bed. As the topic hits the money issue, Master Gill says he will pay Mother Grubb (TEotW, Ch. 41).
