TarValon.Net regularly has free weeks or days in which some of the rules are relaxed and groups get to dress up, in themes. These free weeks are organised by the Outreach Activities Team, formerly the Online Events Team.
Events
These are considered Freeweeks, where people traditionally have more freedom to post.
