General
Rosana is a newly raised High Lady of Tear. She is lean with icy blue eyes.
She is blunt and no fool. She has claimed a place in the council of High Lords, although Tairen Ladies seldom do so.
The sigil of her House is the Hawk-and-Stars.

Timeline
- When Rand is about to meet with one of the bands of Illianer soldiers loyal to "Lord Brend" (Sammael), Rosana protests, since she does not want to see Rand die (TPoD, Ch. 13).
- Rosana, Gregorin, Tolmeran, Weiramon and Semaradrid arrive with the news that the men nearby acquiesced, just to find Rand laughing very hard - what they cannot know is that Lews Therin has come back after having disappeared from Rand's head (TPoD, Ch. 14).
- Rand leaves her in Illian with some of Gueyam's and Maraconn's men to keep peace (TPoD, Ch. 21).
