Shiaine Avarhin was an Andoran noblewoman and Lord Willim Avarhin's only child. Their sigil was the Heart and Hand.
After her father became impoverished, they had to live in a ramshackle farmhouse.
Mili Skane murdered Shiaine before adopting her name.
