General
Siuan Sanche is the Amyrlin Seat in the White Tower of Tar Valon.
Appearance
Siuan Sanche is a woman who appears not too young or too old. She has dark hair and dark eyes. She has many tattoos on her body.
Personality
Siuan Sanche is a strong woman. She is the leader of all Aes Sedai. She seems very secretive, but also determined and fierce.
Timeline
Season 1
Siuan Sanche first appears in Episode 6. Her story starts in the past while she is a young girl, living humbly with her father and working with him on his fishing boat. While out on the boat she channels in order to help her father. When they come back to their house they find it burnt down with a sign, the "Dragon's Fang" drawn on their door. Her father decides to send Siuan to the White Tower as she is no longer safe with him.
Next time we see Siuan she is the Amyrlin Seat. Moiraine and the Aes Sedai who accompanied Logain the False Dragon back to Tar Valon were summoned to answer for their actions. Logain is presented to the Amyrlin. Logain tries to provoke a reaction from her and other Aes Sedai but is not successful and he is taken away to be held as an example of what happens to men like him. Siuan does not grant him the wish to be killed.
Siuan questions the Aes Sedai who had gentled Logain, as it was done without a fair trial. She shows her displeasure that they have not followed the law of the Tower. Following her public chastisement Liandrin brings the attention to Moiraine and her travels. Siuan is forced to question Moiraine.
That evening it is revealed that Siuan and Moiraine have a secret relationship they hide from everyone. Siuan is seems angry that she must punish Moiraine.
While they are alone they discuss the prophecy of the Dragon and their plans. Siuan tells Moiraine about the dreams she has been having and tells her that she should take all of them to try and stop the Dark One. Moiraine tells Siuan that when she sentences her it must be to exile.
The next day Siuan is introduced to Nynaeve al'Meara and Egwene al'Vere.
Following this meeting Moiraine is brought in front of the Amyrlin Seat, where Siuan exiles her and makes her swear an oath to obey her. She is bound to this Oath by the Oath Rod.
