General
Tallan is a village located in Ghealdan.
When Rand passes through Tallan on his way to Tear, his ta’veren influence causes all of the old arguments within the old village to resurface, eventually causing three murders before everyone snaps out of it.
Moiraine, Lan, Perrin and Loial later ride through Tallan as they search for Rand.
