Lord Tellaen is a Domani noble that Rand stays with while in Arad Doman. Rand thinks that this is technically treason, but there is no one in Arad Doman to enforce it (TGS, Ch. 1). When part of his manor burns due to the bubble of evil that kills Adrin, Tellaen is quite insistent on being compensated for it. He is described as portly (TGH, Ch. 1).
