Ehm.. Hi? I hope I can write here. Anyway http://library.tarvalon.net/index.php?title=Ela_al%27Tharin is retired. Why'd you add all the spaces for member info back in? -Nyavene

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:NAVFRAME (possible solution for spoilers). It requires Tech to add something to our Common.css --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 16:00, 15 January 2013 (UTC)

People who are Moderators should probably be Category:Current Moderation for consistency. Should be easy enough if we haven't categorised too many of them yet--[[User:Toral Delvar|Toral, Department Director and subsupreme overlord]] 18:11, 18 March 2011 (UTC)

This may be a random Q but if the person is dead does their body count as a Character? (eg Trom in Chap 32) --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 13:49, 16 January 2013 (UTC)

I wonder why the Department is inconsistent with its name? I'd like to keep it in line with the Dept but yeah I see your point. --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 18:16, 18 March 2011 (UTC)

Historically, as we have had different people writing, I don't think we have had any firm rules, but I would say that they have to actually do something to count, although if they are part of a crowd scene, it can be a difficult line to judge, especially if we are choosing between people who are named and those who we know are in a group but are not named--[[User:Toral Delvar|Toral, Department Director and subsupreme overlord]] 15:24, 16 January 2013 (UTC)

Probably just the way it was set up. If we see any other departments incorrectly named, we can fix them--[[User:Toral Delvar|Toral, Department Director and subsupreme overlord]] 18:18, 18 March 2011 (UTC)

I stook him in. It happens with Soro in Chap 34 too (actually it happens quite a few times, people not being named until they are corpses, Kiruna and Faeldrin in the same chapter as Soro). Maybe now the series is over and we're using the same material we will formalise some rules for future edits. (Since I hate to think of the library suddenly... stopping.) --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 15:36, 16 January 2013 (UTC)

Can I help with the categorizing? :) I see you went for 'avatars', I can do White at least? --[[User:Loira Al'Ramoidra|Loira Al'Ramoidra]] 23:03, 19 March 2011 (UTC)

Don't ask me where my head was at when I typed up my characters all under ToM and not AMoL :rolleyes --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 13:48, 25 January 2013 (UTC)

Sure, that would be great

So, do you want me to amend DM and Green to my format? --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 22:37, 3 February 2013 (UTC)

I'll go on with the other Ajahs as well then, just so you know (saving us double work :p )!
+
Yeah, that would be great to have them in the same format as everything else

Sure. If you haven't done Green, I'll do that, as I am also Green

ok, leaving green to you!

You've put 2013 in for both this year and last year on the Main Page (it's protected so I can't change it) --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 17:57, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

question: how many different categories do we have for avatars? because I have seen Category:JM Avatars and Category:Accepted Avatars etc. IMO we should stick with just JM avatars (for novices/recruits/unaspired people). It's getting confusing with so many different categories... deleting accepted avatars etc would be good no?

I've been putting all JM avatars in Category JM Avatars, plus their community group if they have aspired. We don't have Aes Sedai Avatars or Gaidin Avatars, so don't think there is need for novice avatars etc

Marketing is looking for a place to put the site's Style Guide. But before I start making pages, I wanted to check in to see where is the best place for it. It will include text info and PDF & JPG pages for downloading. So probably a gallery attached. Blank pages for me to fill works great too! ^^ --[[User:Arie Tarou|Arie; Mistress of Random Edits]] 05:20, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

Zim created novice/recruit avatar categories when uploading those avatars but it's an easy thing to change them all to JM instead, so I'll do that, then you can delete those unnecessary categories.

I think having it in the libary works, but I'll check with Leora and others to see what works best. --[[User:Toral Delvar|Toral, Department Director and subsupreme overlord]] 12:04, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

Zim did that at my request but I guess I'm vetoed on this one. :P --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 01:49, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

It was brought up by Kyth, so yes, please do! Thank you very much! :) --[[User:Arie Tarou|Arie; Mistress of Random Edits]] 20:09, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

How many pages do you want?  I think we can have a <nowiki>[[category:Style Guides]]</nowiki>, which will go in the <nowiki>[[Category:Department of Marketing]]</nowiki> for now, but there might be some other category where it would also fit.  Probably a main "Style Guide" page, with links to any sub pages. Images, perhaps <nowiki>[[Category:Style Guide Images]], which would go in [[Category Style Guides]] and [[Category:Images]]</nowiki> Or however it works best

How many pages, is a good question. since posting this without coffee isn't helping, 4 site standards (including copyright), 7 Ajah, 4 Company... and this is the pdf. It depends if we break it down for a page per wiki page. I'll ask Kyth how she wants it up, aside a basic download and links to official events or logos. --[[User:Arie Tarou|Arie; Mistress of Random Edits]] 15:36, 21 March 2013 (UTC)

This is something I always wondered, what are the chances of adding a forum/site link to the main page or sidebar? To make it easier to direct people or find our way back to the site? --[[User:Arie Tarou|Arie; Mistress of Random Edits]] 19:28, 26 July 2013 (UTC)

Saw that. Thanks! I figure since he's um... gone... that he wouldn't be back to be awarded them or I could investigate through history of changes if he did return but as long as the nowiki has no negative effects I'm good with what you did. Thanks --[[User:Kerna Shedrian|Kerna]] 12:53, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
