Vayelle Kamsa is an Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah. She is one of the Aes Sedai who is sent by Elaida to capture Rand and bring him back to the White Tower.
Vayelle is captured at Dumai's Wells, and eventually swears fealty to Rand al'Thor. She is the last captive Aes Sedai to do so.
