Lord Mavabwin is a Cairhienin noble of middling power who Elayne thought might be able hinder her taking of the Cairhienin throne. When she offered lands in Andor to a gathering of such nobles, he responds at the same time as Lady Osiellin and is offered an estate, split with her.
