Rissen is a Saldaean soldier who has been mentioned briefly by Underlieutenant Vilnar Barada in "Lord of Chaos".
He accompanies Barada on his patrol through Caemlyn.
He claims that you can tell an Aes Sedai because they are a head taller than any man.
