Ailene Tolvina is the innkeeper of The Evening Star in Chachin, Kandor. She is lean, with a stern manner about her (NS, Ch. 23).
She is not impressed by fine silks or much money and she has some strict rules at her inn (NS, Ch. 23; NS, Ch. 24).
Timeline
- On her search for the Dragon Reborn, Siuan stays at The Evening Star, where Moiraine later moves in, too. She had no objections to Moiraine sharing a room with Siuan, since there was no space available at the inn, as long as the extra silver penny is paid (NS, Ch. 23).
