Windrunner is a Sea Folk vessel. His Sailmistress is Malin din Toral Breaking Wave and his Windfinder is Dorile din Eiran Long Feather.
Nynaeve, Elayne, Aviendha and Birgitte go aboard to request the help of the Windfinder should they find the Bowl of the Winds. Nesta din Reas Two Moons meets with them onboard and strikes a bargain with them in return for this aid.
