Nelacaire Demasiellin is an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah.
She remained with the Tower during the split and was sent with the group Toveine led to destroy the Black Tower. She was captured, and bonded by Naeff. Rand considered her relatively pleasant by Aes Sedai standards.
