Harnesh is a Lord Captain with the Children of the Light. He is short and bald and lost an ear fighting Dragonsworn. He accompanies Asunawa to the meeting with Galad and though he doesn't say anything, Galad feels he accepts his arguments that a Darkfriend would not have been able to kill Valda (ToM, Ch. 2). He is one of the Lords Captain who kills Asunawa (ToM, Ch. 4).
