Hello to the Tower!

My name is Calen and I will be starting a new series here for the Tar Valon Times. When I joined the tower one of the first things I noticed was the collection of eclectic, intelligent, and frankly talented people we have here. I think we have a group of people gathered in one place that probably know a little bit about most everything. My personal area in real life is social work and mental health but there are people all over the tower who have very real knowledge about a load of different subjects. So what is this new series?

I like to call this series "Ask the Tower" and we cannot do it without you. The way this will work is I would love to hear YOUR questions. Do you want to know something interesting about a strange topic? Do you have a real life problem you want advice on? That is the kind of thing I want to hear about. When you send in your question I will take that information, find the best person to answer it, or answer it myself and it will be published in the times.

Here is the neat part I think, you can ask whatever you want and no personal information will ever be revealed. Just go to this link and submit your question. I don't even need to know your name! No question is a bad one. So step up to the plate and lets hear from those who are gathered around to hear the wisdom of the Tower. If I can't find you an answer I bet I can appeal to those Aes Sedai or Gaidin who CAN find the answer!

Send your questions to (we need an email or way to send questions) and the question and answer could be part of next month's column!

Yours for the Tower, Calen
