Ershin Netari is a nobleman from Illian, possibly a member of the Council of Nine.
In the final battle against the Seanchan, Ershin, Torean and Maraconn accompany Semaradrid, whom Rand has placed over them. Rand notices that, as they ride off, Ershin keeps glancing towards Jeordwyn, and standing in his stirrups to look back toward Gregorin and Kiril, all of whom are being sent in different directions.
