Ester Norham is a servant at the Royal Palace in Caemlyn and an uncovered spy.
Reene Harfor knows Ester does not steal, but she has a fair amount of gold under her floorboards. Elayne tells Mistress Harfor that she is to proceed as before, keeping Ester as a servant, but making sure she only gets wrong information to report.
