General
Kharendor was one of the nations of the Free Era. It was located in the southwestern part of the Westlands. To the northwest was Balasun, with Dhowlan to the north, Shiota to the west and the Sea of Storms to the south. Eventually, this area of land became what is now the eastern part of the Shadow Coast and surrounding land. During the time leading up to the Last Battle, it was not claimed by any nation. During the time of the Compact of the Ten Nations, all of Kharendor was part of the nation of Aelgar.
By FY 943, Guaire Amalasan had conquered Kharendor.
BY FY 963, Kharendor had fallen to Hawkwing.
