Master Hoffley is one of the two most prominent bankers in Caemlyn, Andor.
Halwin Norry informs Elayne that Master Hoffley and Mistress Andscale, another prominent banker, are amenable to loaning her money now that large deposits of first quality alum have been discovered on her estates. They were somewhat hesitant at first, but they both know how big the market for alum is.
