Milam Harnder is the Second Librarian in the Royal Palace of Caemlyn. He has also been Demira Eriff's spy for thirty years. He is bald and chubby (LoC, Ch. 46).
He served in the Royal Palace under Queen Mordrellen (CoT, Ch. 14).
Demira sent a message to Master Harnder to have him search the Palace library for certain books, presumably about the Seals on the Dark One's prison. She also arranged a meeting with him at the Origan Gate, but after some time it is clear for her that he did not receive the message, or else he would have shown up (LoC, Ch. 46).
