Mistress Alfara is the innkeeper of the Bellon Ford Inn in Bellon, Amadicia.
When the Lady Morelin (Elayne) and her maid Nana (Nynaeve) stay at her inn, she offers them a private dining room and lets Nana do everything for her lady instead of having her girls help out.
