== General ==

Serenia Latar was an [[Aes Sedai]] of the [[Gray Ajah]]. She was raised to the [[Amyrlin Seat]] in the year 276 NE, and held the position until her death in 306 NE. She was [[Comarra Zepava]]'s successor, and [[Doniella Alievin]]'s predecessor ({{guide|24}}).

Serenia Latar is the only Amyrlin Seat the [[Whitecloaks]] have ever hanged, but she was already dead when they did so. A picture of her being raised on the scaffold hangs in the Dome of Truth ({{loc|31}}).
