===Chain of Command===
The Assistant reports directly to the [[Director of Research and Records]].

==Duties and Responsibilities==
Responsibilities vary depending on the needs and desires of the Director. 

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
*Overseeing the [[Editor]]s and giving them tasks when necessary. 
*Editing the {{TV}} Library. 
*Participating in the brainstorming, planning, and execution stages of projects within the department. 

==Expectations==
*Must be an active member in good standing with the community.
*Must know Wiki formatting or be willing to learn.
*Regular communication with the Director is expected for smooth work.

===Time Commitment===
Variable. Dependent on expectations of current Director, but expect at least two to three hours per week, some weeks less or more.

==Qualifications==
*Must have been a member of the site for at least six months.
*Anyone of any rank or position may apply.
*Familiarity with the site Library is preferable.
*Must be well-organized and a self-starter.

==History==
In February 2023 the position transitioned to a 12 month rotation.

As of October 1, 2023 this position is retired.
