Bili al'Dai is a young man who lives on a farm with his family in the [[Two Rivers]] ({{tsr|33}}).

He decides to join [[Perrin]] hunting [[Trollocs]] instead of going with his family to [[Emond's Field]]. Bili suggests that the hunting parties be led according to who is the oldest, which would put him, the oldest member, in charge; he is not pleased when Perrin says no to the idea ({{tsr|33}}). Bili is killed when the hunting party tries to ambush Trollocs ({{tsr|40}}). Perrin hears [[Hu al'Dai]] calling out for Bili when he returns to Emond's Field ({{tsr|43}}).
