Usually we haven't, but it has often been up to the person who writes the article. For some, it would just be a long list of mostly irrelevant names. Ideally, I'd like the main characters at the top, with a notes section following he summary that has everyone who appears or is mentioned. Though I didn't take those notes when doing my TEotW notes, so I may go back and add.
Once I have the "annotations" for TeotW, I will be going through the basic summaries and adding the parts that can be included without spoilers
