Chimal was a member of the Imperial family of Seanchan and one of Tuon's younger sisters (KoD, Ch. 11).
Tuon says that Chimal was always very quite in her ambition (KoD, Ch. 11).
She was murdered by Semirhage along with the rest of her family (KoD, Prologue).
