Jom was a citzen during the Age of Legends.
He was a dark, wide-shouldered man with a fashionably narrow beard and clothed in a sleeveless red coat with lace at his wrists. He had shoulder-length black hair that was gathered in the back, an imitation of the Aiel.
As Charn bumped into him, Jom told him to watch out in an unfriendly manner, but as soon as he saw that Charn was a Da'shain Aiel, he apologized.
