Master Harod is the innkeeper of Harilin's Leap in Jarra, Ghealdan. He is bleary-eyed.
He dislikes Whitecloaks because they caused a lot of trouble in the village.
He has never been farther than thirty miles away from Jarra.
Rand stays at the inn for a short while, but wakes up screaming in the middle of the night and wants to leave quickly. Master Harod does not even want to talk him out of it.
He welcomes Perrin, Lan, Loial and Moiraine to his inn and has Simion take them to their rooms.
