Just trying to get a more accurate representation of who held what when.
I think for current departments, it might be reasonable to feature people who held the position before the department was created (ie held it in another department) but for the disbanded ones, that only really makes sense for the positions created before the departments--Toral, Department Director and subsupreme overlord 16:21, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
