Contents
Friday
- Noon – 4PM: Meet-n-Greet: Krause's Cafe in New Braunfels
- 4PM – 6PM: Event Check in
Sign in to the event, sign up for competitions, and sign waivers that will let you play!
Hang around the site, get your things settled in your cabin and start meeting everyone.
- 5:30PM – 6PM: Committee Meetings (if needed)
Meet up with your committee leaders and solidify your plans and duties for the weekend.
- 600PM – 7:30PM: The Olde Warder and Hen - Dinner
Enjoy a meal with your fellow attendees and get to know some new friends over pizza!
- 8:00PM – 9:30PM: Opening Ceremonies
Our official “Welcome to the Weekend” led by the Amyrlin Seat. Take part in our traditional toast and hear the first round of results of the Members' Choice Awards!
- 9:30PM – 11PM: Free time
Use this time to mingle with the other members at the Clubhouse, or maybe schedule your Ajah or Company toast during this period. The Clubhouse will be closed starting at 11:00PM.
Saturday
- 8AM – 9AM: Breakfast in your cabins.
- 9AM – 10:30PM: Rand al'Ren Memorial 5K Walk/Run
Come walk or run a 5K to help raise money for the Boy Scouts of America!
This is a great cause honoring Rand's love of the Scouts, hosted by Dovienya and Alexr.
- 10:30AM - 12:00PM: Part One of the Amyrlin's Tournament - DM Mini Golf
Think you've got a Plan to win the Amyrlin's Tournament? Hope you can putt!
- 12PM – 1PM: Lunch in your cabin
- 1:30PM – 3:30PM: Part Two of the Amyrlin's Tournament - Cards Against MDD
Part two of the Amyrlin’s Tournament will be Cards Against Humanity. Hosted by and judged by our wonderful Amyrlin Cassie!
- 4PM-5PM: Amyrlin Office Hour
Come talk about an idea you have for the Tower, or share a concern, or just say hi to Cassie!
- 6:00PM – 7:30PM: Amyrlin's Feast
Dress up and dine with us as we celebrate our 22st Anniversary with food from Olive Garden!
- 8PM – 9:30PM: Evening Program
Find out this year’s recipients of the Amyrlin's Awards.
Also Investiture ceremonies for our Cordamora Tree!
- 10PM - 11PM: Free time

Sunday
- 8AM – 9AM: Breakfast in your cabins.
- 10AM – 12PM: Part Three of the Amyrlin's Tournament - SDS Sword Competition
This year the sword competition is going to see us using foam swords for the first time. Been hesitant to fight with shinai in the past? Now is your chance to batter your friends, safely.
- 12PM – 1PM: Lunch in your cabin
- 1:30PM – 3:30PM: Part Four of the Amyrlin's Tournament - Are you a VC?
It's the werewolf game hosted by our wolves and the Amyrlin Seat!
- 5:00PM – 7:00PM: Farewell Feast at Willie's Grill & Icehouse in New Braunfels
Join us in New Braunfels for your Farewell Feast! The Tower is paying the tab, so eat up!
- 8PM – 9:30PM: Weekend Awards

- ~10:00PM: Clean Up
We have to be out early in the morning, so let's chip in together to take down decorations and get our collective spaces in order. We have to be fully out of the Clubhouse by 11pm on Sunday night!
Monday
- 8AM: Breakfast in your cabin & final packing
Eat all the leftovers in your fridge and get your gear packed & ready.
- 9:00AM – 9:30AM: Checkout
Before you are authorized to leave the site, you MUST check out with the Master of Revels (Soronhen) or the Director of Events and Conferences (Ahmyra) and have one of them sign off on your cabin.
- 10AM: You don’t have to leave, but you can’t stay here.
Final check-out with the site. Make your way towards brunch, or make your way home.
- 10:30AM - 12PM: Brunch and See-You-Soons!
Leave-takings are always a little easier over pancakes.
Come linger just a bit longer over brunch at the IHOP restaurant in New Braunfels.
