Lacine is one of the First Twelve Wavemistresses of the Atha'an Miere. She is slender with an immense bosom.
She was called to a meeting of the First Twelve and their Windfinders with Logain, she shakes her head at Harine's presence. Cemeille din Selaan Long Eyes arrives and tells them the sad story of the Amayar's death.
