Toma dur Ahmid was the creator of the first official calendar after the Breaking of the World.
His Toman Calendar came into general use circa two hundred years after the last male Aes Sedai died, the official end of the Breaking, and lasted until the end of the Trolloc Wars, when the events could not be dated exactly anymore. The numbering system of the Toman Calendar was AB for "After the Breaking".
