- 8:00 - 8:30pm: Official Welcome and Karaoke Warm-up
- 8:30pm - Onwards: Euro Idol
Saturday
Morning
- 9:00 - 10:00am: Breakfast Preparation
- 10:00 - 11:00am: Breakfast and Cleanup
- 11:00am - 1:00pm: Bel Tine Celebrations
Afternoon
- 1:00 - 2:00pm: Lunch
- 2:00 - 4:00pm: Bel Tine Celebrations continue
- 4:00 - 5:00pm: Free Time
Evening
- 5:00 - 6:00pm: Dinner Preparation
- 6:00 - 7:00pm: Dinner and Cleanup
- 7:00 - 7:30pm: Free Time
- 7:30 - 9:00pm: Official Goldschlager toast, Raising and Bonding ceremonies, Recognitions and the Costume Competition

- Everyone is expected to pitch in to help ensure the site is left cleaner than it was when we arrived
