General
Arel Malevin is a Cairhienin Asha'man. He is one of Logain's group. He forcibly bonded Aisling Noon after the Aes Sedai sent with Toveine were captured (KoD, Ch. 20).
He stands only chest-high to Lan, which makes him seem even wider than he actually is (KoD, Ch. 20).
