General
Aubrem Pensenor is a minor Andoran nobleman. His House has been allied to House Taravin since time out of mind (KoD, Ch. 17).
Aubrem is lean, craggy and bald except for a white fringe of hair. His back is straight and his eyes are clear (KoD, Ch. 17).
Elayne thinks that he should be dandling his grandchildren's children on his knee instead of helping to defend Caemlyn (KoD, Ch. 17).
Timeline
- Aubrem rode for Morgase in the Succession (KoD, Ch. 17).
- He is one of the first to arrive in Caemlyn in support of Elayne, and brings near a hundred armsmen. It is he who brings the news that Arymilla, Naean and Elenia are laying siege to the city. He does not turn back on learning the odds against Elayne (KoD, Ch. 17).
- On her way to the Map Room, Elayne stops to exchange pleasantries with him. He asks Elayne to give his regards to Dyelin (KoD, Ch. 17).
- When Birgitte arrives at one of the Traveling grounds to lead the soldiers in the rescue of Elayne from the Black Ajah, she finds all of the lords and ladies loyal to Elayne gathered and mounted. Aubrem rides down to lead his men, not hesitating when his banner appears (KoD, Ch. 32).
