General
Ballair was an Aes Sedai during the War of the Hundred Years. She was the Aes Sedai advisor of Ishara, the first Queen of Andor. She was the first Aes Sedai advisor to a ruler during the formation of new countries after Hawking's death (Reference: LoC Chapter 26).
