Bartim is the innkeeper of The Wayfarers' Rest in Whitebridge. He is a fat and balding man.
He saw the false Dragon Gorin Rogad in 996 NE.
Rand, Mat, and Thom sit in his inn when they arrive at Whitebridge. Bartim wants the gleeman to perform, but he is not as generous as any other innkeeper Thom has met. When they ask for news, Bartim tells them Logain has been captured and is to be brought before the Queen and then to Tar Valon.
