His favourite and easiest fish recipe. The fish was adapted for our Age's availability.

  • 1 medium size salmon, filleted.
  • About 1/4 cup mustard, any brand
  • About 1/2 cup brown sugar

Place fish onto cookie sheet that is covered with aluminium foil.

Spread mustard directly onto the flesh of the fish. Then sprinkle sugar over the mustard, lightly packing down.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until fish is cooked.
