Bili Adarra is a young Two Rivers man and a distant cousin of Perrin's. He is nearly as wide as Perrin, but a hand shorter and a few years older.
He accompanies the other Two Rivers men through the aqueduct near Malden to wait for Faile in the palace during the actual attack on the Shaido.
