She was friendly and open, and eager to be a part of the community. A mere two months into her membership here, when she was still a citizen, she applied for the Survey Project Manager position, since she designs and processes surveys in real life and wanted to apply those skills to her new community. She has more than proven her worth in that position, and I cannot say how happy I am she applied despite not meeting the membership time requirement. She produced a quick, snappy, focused Membership survey in 2015, and processed the data and put it into an easily-readable form.
