Cassin is a Red Shield of the Goshien Aiel. He is lean and yellow-haired (LoC, Ch. 19).
Back in the Sun Palace, Rand is escorted to his rooms by Cassin and Liah (LoC, Ch. 19).
Cassin and Liah accompany Rand to his meeting with the Ogier Elders (LoC, Ch. 19).
When Rand and the Ogier want to Travel to Shadar Logoth, Cassin strolls in with Liah and Sulin, who want to accompany and protect Rand (LoC, Ch. 20).
