General
Charendin was an Aiel sept chief during the construction of Rhuidean.
He had a long, puckered scar down his face, which he had received from Mandein.
He and Mandein had nearly killed each other three times.
He does not trust the Aes Sedai that join the sept chief's meeting at Rhuidean.
