Chet is an old man that Mat meets in one of the inns in Caemlyn. He tells Mat that Matrim Cauthon is the Prince of Ravens, the Lord of Luck who faced Old Death himself and diced for his future. Chet wears a lopsided cap and a coat with faded military insignia. He has several scars and white stubble.
